Hoorah! You've just taken your first step towards becoming a certified diver. Successful completion of this class will earn you an international scuba certification that never expires, and the admiration of your friends and family - in only 3 days.
Training with Maui Dreams Dive Co means,
- Maximum class size is only four students so you get plenty of personal attention
- The cost of this class includes rental gear, dive log, lessons, and dives!
- Maui's waters are ideal for training, so all of your water work will be done in the ocean.
You will impress yourself with what you learn and achieve in completing this certification, and you'll have FUN as well. One of the first skills we teach you is how to clear your mask, and you'll use that skill when you learn that laughing underwater often lets a little water into that area!
Day 1: 7am - noon
Day 2: 7am - noon, lunch break, resume from 2-4pm
Day 3: 7am - 1pm
Class ending times are approximate as every class is different and could run longer depending on student needs.
NOTE - in order to complete an entire scuba certification in only three days you MUST have completed ALL of the eLearning course work prior to the start of class. Learn more about the eLearning course work here.
PADI eLearning
This portion of the training is paid directly to PADI, the Professional Association of Dive Instructors. In 2022, the fee for eLearning is $202 (this price is in US$ and may vary by country).
eLearning is a self-study course completed on the internet prior to your first day of class. This academic portion of the training will include reading, video clips, quizzes, and a final exam. With your eLearning course, you'll get lifetime access to an updated Open Water training manual. After you've completed your final exam, it's time for the "hands on" experience in learning and practicing skills in the water with Maui Dreams Dive Co.
